Who: Women aged 40+ of all fitness levels

What: Strength House's Strong Ladies program focuses on the benefits of weight training, including increased muscle strength, improved bone density, enhanced balance, and overall better health. Our supportive environment ensures that every participant feels welcome and motivated.

When: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 7 AM
