  • Our IN-SEASON program is designed to keep high school, university, and professional athletes performing at their best. Twice-weekly sessions, programmed by Head Coach Donnie, focus on functional maintenance, injury prevention, and maximizing your body's potential for upcoming competitions. We work around your schedule to ensure you're always game-ready.

  • Our OFF-SEASON training program is designed to enhance athletic performance and prepare you for peak competition. With 3-4 weekly sessions, high school, university, and professional athletes will focus on building strength, speed, and agility, setting the stage for success in upcoming seasons or events. Head Coach Donnie will create a customized plan to maximize your potential.

Strength House Inc. is a premier athletic development gym located in the West end of Ottawa, Canada, specializing in sport-specific training for athletes at all levels. Founded with the vision of empowering athletes to reach their highest potential, Strength House offers a range of programs tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Whether working with young athletes in the Rookies 101 program, high school students in the Athletic Development Program (ADP), or serious athletes at national and international levels, Strength House is dedicated to fostering athletic excellence through innovative training methods and expert coaching.
