Rookie101-summer- 8 week Development CAMP

Our Rookies 101 - Summer CAMP is designed for young athletes who are preparing for their SZN out on the field . This 8 week Camp focuses on building a strong foundation in the fundamentals of speed and strength, while also developing essential athletic skills and an athletic mindset.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Speed & Agility Development: We'll help you become a faster and more agile player, enabling you to react quickly on the field and dominate your opponents.

  • Strength Development: Our training will focus on building a strong and injury-resistant body, providing you with the power and stability needed to excel at any sport.

  • Athletic Mindset Development: We'll help you cultivate a winning mindset, teaching you the importance of toughness, determination, and perseverance.
