SUB-ZERO OFFSZN (17+)

The SZN is intense, it demands the body to be physically resilient, and requires your mental game to be equally tough. Your SZN takes skill, speed, precision, power and a strong Athletic Mindset! Our OFFSZN program is designed to elevate your game and enhance those athletic attributes.

Your 12 week Strength and Conditioning camp will increase your Speed and Strength, Build your power and endurance, and sharpen your reaction time and agility. Our coaches believe that improving these capacities are how we unleash your athletic development on the ice.

Every OFF❄️SZN provides you the opportunity to take what you’ve learned, make the improvements your Coaches advise and build a strong mindset to take your game to the next level!

Days: Monday / Tuesday / Thursday / Friday

Time: 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Duration: 12 Weeks (5/13/2024 - 8/12/2024)
